Though tailored to fulfil the publicity requirements of actors, performers, models and supporting artists, this service is open to anyone for business or personal use. But please be aware, if you are not an artist, it will not stop me from drawing a performance from you.
There is a little more to it than just capturing your likeness. It is about communication. About you making contact with the person viewing your image. An artist’s portfolio is a functional business tool.

Sessions take at least an hour, though longer sessions can be booked. I would not expect to get through any more than three changes of clothes within one hour, but I recommend you bring more changes or options. Accessories too if you have them.

Appointments are usually available with a few days notice, but if you require the services of a make up artist I may need a bit more lead-in time. If you wish to bring a friend with you to look after your make-up, or just because you would like to, that’s fine.

All pictures will be taken digitally in colour, but can be reproduced in black and white if required. Typically you might expect about a hundred images to be taken within an hour but this can vary dependent upon the shooting style adopted. Head shots, three-quarter and full length portraits are usually taken. You will be able to see your pictures before you leave the studio. We will supply you with all images taken, unedited, on CD or DVD within the price and all reproduction rights (apart from the right to resell) will be granted.

If you wish for your pictures to be adjusted, resized, cropped or retouched etc., please ask. You can E-mail me instructions but please do not send me the images by E-mail. These are large files of which I retain a copy. I will just need their numbers and any instruction.
